工作内容 一、AI辅助内容创作与评估 1.使用生成式AI工具（文本、图像和多模态）支持内容创作、变体制作和实验 2.审核和评估AI生成的内容，确保质量、语气、准确性和品牌一致性 3.学习提示词、输入和约束条件如何影响创意结果 二、内容工作流与流程优化 1.观察并记录端到端的内容工作流（Brief → 生产 → 审核 → 交付） 2.识别内容生产中的低效环节、重复性任务和瓶颈 3.支持自动化、AI辅助工作流和人机协同流程的实验 三、内容质量、一致性与品牌标准 1.学习品牌声音、语气和创意标准如何被定义和维护 2.支持制定和维护基础的提示词指南和内容标准 3.协助质量审核流程，确保内容符合内部和外部期望 四、 跨部门协作与学习 1.与创意、营销、产品和数据团队合作推进内容相关项目 2.学习如何利用绩效反馈和洞察来改进内容和工作流 3.培养清晰传达观察、问题和改进建议的能力

任职要求： 1. 2027届毕业，本科及以上，专业不限（管理学、心理学、数据科学、工程等背景均可），我们更看重思维方式和学习潜力 2.对AI如何变革内容、创意和营销充满好奇，愿意在快速变化、有时模糊的环境中工作 3.对系统、流程和"事物如何运作"感兴趣，而非仅关注最终产出
