我们希望你是：对「视频内容是怎么做的」有独立判断，并且愿意用 AI 重新想象这件事的人。 你会直接参与真实项目， 从 Brief 到成片，全流程跟着走、跟着想。 在没有标准答案的创作场域里工作。

工作内容： 一、AI 辅助内容创作 1.使用 AI 工具（文本、图像、视频生成）参与内容从创意到制作的全流程 2.探索不同 AI 工具的组合方式，找到更快、更好产出内容的路径 3.研究 prompt 设计如何影响创意结果，形成可复用的方法 二、内容工作流与流程优化 1.参与端到端的视频工作流（Brief → 拍摄 / AI 制作 → 后期 → 交付） 2.识别哪些环节可以用 AI 提速、哪些不能：并给出方法 3.参与建设 AI 工作流工具，测试什么在实战中真的有效

任职要求： 1. 在校生，2026届或2027届毕业，本科及以上，专业不限（管理学、心理学、数据科学、工程等背景均可），我们更看重思维方式和学习潜力 2.对AI如何变革内容、创意和营销充满好奇，愿意在快速变化、有时模糊的环境中工作 3.对系统、流程和"事物如何运作"感兴趣，而非仅关注最终产出

加分项 1.通过课程作业、个人项目、实习或自学接触过生成式AI工具 2.对内容、品牌、设计、媒体、科技或数字产品感兴趣 3.有跨文化或多语言工作经验
