【你将参与】 1. 参与公司核心业务场景的算法模型设计、实现与优化，包括但不限于推荐系统、预测模型、NLP等方向 2. 负责数据特征的挖掘与工程化，构建高效的特征处理与模型训练管道 3. 进行机器学习/深度学习模型的开发、调优及线上部署，持续跟踪模型效果 4. 探索前沿算法技术，通过技术创新提升业务效果 5. 通过数据分析挖掘业务痛点，结合算法技术提出优化方案，推动数据驱动的业务决策

1. 学历背景：计算机、数学、统计学、人工智能等相关专业本科在读或以上学历 2. 算法基础：扎实的算法基础，熟悉常见机器学习/深度学习模型 3. 编程能力：了解Python，熟悉一种深度学习框架 4. 数据处理与分析：具备良好的数据处理能力，熟悉SQL等数据处理工具，能够通过数据分析发现问题并提出解决方案 5. 大模型经验：熟悉大模型的原理与应用，有大模型使用或调优经验者优先 6. 综合能力：良好的逻辑思维能力和工程实现能力，优秀的团队协作和沟通能力
