【你将参与】 1、参与新品上市营销战役策略制定，持续关注市场大盘动向趋势，有一定的数据分析与总结能力。 2、深入了解贴近消费者，进行心理洞察，探究用户未说出口的真需求，协助策划用户调研与访谈，并输出有效结论。 3、贴近产品，探究背后的技术原理，并能对其进行创意包装。 4、参与创意内容的脑爆与内容输出及落地执行工作。 4、对于社媒（小红书、抖音、b站）的传播属性，有属于自己理解，任一平台资深用户优先。

1、本科及以上学历，广告、新闻、传播、市场营销、心理学等相关专业优先； 2、具备一定的产品策略思维与营销敏感度，有喜爱的品牌，关注品牌动向，有求知欲，好奇心，愿意探索事物的本质； 3、具有创意发散思维，有独立撰写内容的能力，会沟通，有一定的项目落地执行能力； 4、有较强的自驱力与目标使命感，owner意识强，对品牌与产品营销的工作有热情，长期主义发展者优先。
