安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估，表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会，提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生，也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1.参与BMS（电池管理系统）核心算法的开发与优化，如SOC/SOH/SOP估算、充放电策略、均衡控制等； 2.协助分析在研及在网电池运行数据，参与云端相关算法开发与优化； 3.支持BMS算法嵌入式软件实现，参与相关测试与验证工作； 4.与硬件工程师、测试工程师等团队成员协同工作，推动算法在实际产品中的应用； 5.关注国内外电池管理相关前沿技术，参与技术研究与探索。

1.本科/硕士应届毕业生，电子、电气、控制工程、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业； 2.具备良好的C/C++/Python编程基础，参与过相关项目、竞赛或课题者优先； 3.了解锂电池工作原理、电化学基础，以及常用建模方法（如等效电路模型、电化学模型等）； 4.对卡尔曼滤波、最小二乘法、信号处理、自动控制或机器学习等相关算法有基础认识或学习兴趣； 5.熟悉或愿学习MATLAB/Simulink等仿真工具的使用； 6.具备良好的逻辑思维、沟通能力和团队协作精神，愿意不断学习与提升。
