安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估，表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会，提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生，也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1. 运营支持：协助独立站的日常运营工作，包括商品上架、页面内容更新、活动页面搭建等基础运营工作； 2. 数据分析：收集整理网站运营数据，协助完成日报/周报/月报，通过数据分析发现问题并提出优化建议； 3. 营销协助：参与广告投放、EDM、KOL合作等营销活动的执行工作，学习各类营销渠道的运营逻辑； 4. 用户体验优化：协助收集用户反馈，参与网站购物流程、页面布局等用户体验优化项目； 5. 竞品调研：跟踪竞品动态，整理竞品分析报告，为运营策略提供参考； 6. 项目协调：配合开发、设计、供应链等团队完成运营需求的落地执行； 7. 内容运营：协助完成站内营销内容的策划和执行，参与季度性大促活动的筹备工作； 8. 学习成长：在导师指导下，系统学习独立站运营的核心模块，包括选品、定价、流量、转化等。

任职要求 1. 学历要求：本科在读或以上学历，专业不限 2. 逻辑思维：具备良好的逻辑思维能力，擅长分析和解决问题 3. 数据敏感：对数据敏感，能从数据中发现规律和洞察 4. 英语能力：英语可作为工作语言，能够进行日常沟通和文档撰写 5. 学习能力强，有责任心，注重细节
