岗位职责 1. 市场调研与数据分析 根据影音产品（音箱、耳机、投影仪等）上市需求，协助进行竞品分析、市场调研和销售数据分析，输出数据报告，挖掘影音消费市场机会，为GTM策略提供数据支持。 2. GTM策略支持 参与新品上市GTM方案讨论，协助制定线上线下渠道策略、定价方案和促销计划（含大促节点），跟踪项目执行进度，推动研发、供应链、销售等跨部门协作。 3. 渠道运营与库存管理 监控影音产品各销售渠道（电商、零售、海外等）销售数据和库存情况，协助跟进促销活动执行与效果复盘，支持销售团队对影音品类日常需求的响应与协调。 4. 文档输出与协调支持 制作影音品类分析报告、项目文档和会议纪要，协助维护项目管理系统，确保产品上市相关信息在各团队间高效流转和资源协调。

1. 2027届本科及以上在校生，市场营销、国际贸易、电子商务、工商管理等相关专业优先 2. 每周至少实习4天，连续实习3个月以上 3. 英语CET-6及以上优先，有电商运营、市场营销、数据分析相关实习经验者优先 4. 对消费电子产品感兴趣，且有意愿在该领域持续发展。 5. 追求极致，对"增长"有天然驱动力，热衷于数据驱动的业务洞察。 6. 善于沟通和协作 能够高效协调资源，推动项目落地和目标达成。
