安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估，表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会，提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生，也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1. 支持GTM团队协调内部团队（销售、市场营销、产品管理）与外部零售合作伙伴，推进产品发布、定价更新和促销活动。 2. 协助收集与整理市场洞察、竞品分析及渠道反馈，为GTM策略和产品定位提供参考依据。 3. 协助监控实际销售数据（sell-through）与预测的对比情况，支持团队识别即将上市产品和营销活动的趋势或差距。 4. 与全球产品、营销及GTM团队协作，协助新品导入（NPI）规划，包括时间线跟踪和上市准备工作。 5. 协调样品发货、门店展示及其他GTM物料的物流工作，支持零售与合作伙伴的推广活动。 6. 支持团队优化GTM流程——协助梳理工作流程文档，提出效率提升建议，促进跨职能协作。 7. 协助开展定价、产品陈列及促销活动表现的基础数据分析；协助准备面向内部利益相关者的演示文稿或报告。 8. 了解定价对零售商表现的影响，协助GTM团队向合作伙伴传达定价和促销策略。 9. 负责开展客户映射（customer mapping），识别关键利益相关者、决策人及组织架构，以支持业务拓展和关系管理。 10. 支持线下品牌推广活动的策划与执行。

1. 在读本科生或硕士研究生，商科和/或市场营销相关专业。 2. 英语和中文双语能力者优先。 3. 对消费电子行业销售、产品管理或渠道营销有浓厚兴趣。 4. 对多渠道全国性零售商和分销商有浓厚兴趣或具备基础知识——包括全国性和区域性消费电子、DIY门店、服务提供商、军方、百货公司等。 5. 注重细节，具备出色的多任务处理能力。 6. 具备出色的书面与口头沟通能力，能够与跨职能、跨文化团队及各业务部门有效协作。 7. 具备自驱力，善于时间管理。 8. 能够根据需要参加线下活动。
