你会做什么? 这是一个快速成长的实习岗位，你将接触HR多个模块，在实践中理解问题本质、快速学习并主动解决。实习期间，你将在Mentor的指导下参与多元化的项目，核心围绕"让组织更有效、让人才更匹配"： 1. 人才机制设计与优化：协助梳理人才评价、选拔、发展体系相关资料，参与机制设计讨论并支持落地执行 2. 数据分析与洞察支持：协助搭建数据看板、整理分析数据，从数据中发现潜在问题并输出分析报告 3. 组织效能提升项目：在团队带领下，参与组织诊断、能力建设、流程优化等项目的资料准备、执行支持和效果追踪 4. 人力产品化思维实践：协助人力数字化工具的需求收集、方案整理、用户反馈跟进，体验"用产品思维做HR"

1. 在校生，2026届或2027届毕业，本科及以上，专业不限（管理学、心理学、数据科学、工程等背景均可），我们更看重思维方式和学习潜力 2. 至少能实习3个月，每周4-5天优先（时间充足者优先考虑） 3. 有校园项目、实习或社团管理经验，展现过项目推动或问题解决能力

加分项： 1. 熟练使用Excel/PPT等办公工具，了解数据可视化工具（如PowerBI、Tableau） 2. 了解SQL/Python基础或有强烈学习意愿 3. 有AI应用实践经验（如用AI完成过课程作业、数据分析、研究报告等）
