你会做什么? 这是一个快速成长的实习岗位，你将深入业务一线，在实践中理解组织与人才的真实挑战、快速学习并主动解决问题。实习期间，你将在 Mentor 的指导下参与多元化的项目，核心围绕"让 HR 服务更贴近业务、让人与组织共同生长"： 1、业务伙伴协同支持： 协助 HRBP 跟进业务部门的人员需求与团队动态，参与定期沟通会议并整理业务侧关键反馈，积累对业务的深度理解 2、招聘与人才引进支持： 协助开展岗位需求梳理、简历筛选、面试协调等环节，配合业务部门推进人才引进，确保招聘流程高效落地 3、员工关系与文化建设： 参与员工访谈、满意度调研的组织与数据整理，协助跟进员工关怀项目及团队文化活动的策划与执行 4、人才发展与绩效推进： 协助整理绩效管理流程资料、跟进目标制定与评估节点，支持业务团队的人才盘点、培训需求收集及发展计划落地

1. 在校生，2026届或2027届毕业，本科及以上，专业不限（管理学、心理学、数据科学、工程等背景均可），我们更看重思维方式和学习潜力 2. 至少能实习3个月，每周4-5天优先（时间充足者优先考虑） 3. 有校园项目、实习或社团管理经验，展现过项目推动或问题解决能力

加分项： 1. 熟练使用Excel/PPT等办公工具，了解数据可视化工具（如PowerBI、Tableau） 2. 了解SQL/Python基础或有强烈学习意愿 3. 有AI应用实践经验（如用AI完成过课程作业、数据分析、研究报告等）
