你将参与： 参与安防摄像机/视频产品的图像处理与画质优化工作，面向真实复杂场景，参与从 Sensor 成像到视频输出全链路的 ISP 算法研发与调优，包括但不限于： 1.参与安防视频 ISP 相关算法的研发、调试与优化； 2.参与图像画质调优，提升视频在白天、夜间、低照、逆光、雨雾等复杂场景下的成像效果； 3.参与典型 ISP 模块的算法开发与效果优化 4.配合 Sensor、驱动、编码、视频算法、平台等团队，完成图像链路联调与问题定位； 5.参与图像质量评测体系、测试数据集和调优工具建设； 6.跟进业内图像处理、计算摄影、视频增强等方向的新技术，并结合安防场景推进落地。

1.计算机、电子信息、通信、自动化、图像处理、信号处理、人工智能、数学等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2.对数字图像处理 / 视频处理 / 计算机视觉方向有浓厚兴趣； 3.了解图像处理基础知识 4.了解至少一种编程语言，如 C/C++ / Python； 5.具备良好的数学基础、逻辑分析能力和问题定位能力； 6.有较强的学习意愿，对真实产品问题有耐心和责任心。 加分项 满足以下任一项者优先： 学习过数字图像处理、数字信号处理、视频编码、计算机视觉等课程； 了解 ISP 基本流程，或接触过 Camera / Sensor / 图像画质调优相关项目； 有 OpenCV、Python 图像处理、Matlab、C/C++ 项目经验； 有嵌入式平台、Linux 开发、驱动联调经验； 了解 AE / AWB / AF、降噪、HDR / WDR、去雾、夜视增强等一种或多种 ISP 模块； 参加过图像算法、视觉算法、电子设计、机器人、智能车等相关竞赛或项目； 对安防、车载、手机影像、工业视觉等摄像成像系统感兴趣。
