你将参与：在这里,你将作为智能影音类软件产品的"项目发动机",在资深项目经理的带教下,参与 APP/Web/嵌入式/算法 跨端软件版本的全流程管理,从迭代规划到交付复盘,逐步成长为独当一面的项目负责人: 1.迭代推进与协同: 协助组织迭代计划会、每日站会、评审会与回顾会,跟进 APP/Web/嵌入式 多职能团队(研发、测试、QA)的任务进展,学习识别并推动解决影响交付的阻碍因素; 2.版本交付支持: 参与软件版本规划与排期,协助跟踪进度、质量与风险,保障版本按计划高质量交付; 3.数据记录与复盘: 负责项目过程数据的记录、统计与分析,参与撰写项目进展报告,和团队一起总结不足、沉淀最佳实践; 4.敏捷落地参与: 深入参与 Scrum 敏捷实践在团队的落地,在实践中理解敏捷的本质,并提出你的优化想法; 5.AI 工具探索: 探索并推广 AI 数字化工具在项目管理场景中的应用(如需求管理、数据统计、流程协同自动化),用新技术为团队提效。

1. 2027届毕业生，本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息管理、电子信息等相关专业优先; 2.对软件研发流程有基本认知,了解 Scrum/敏捷开发者优先(课程实践、实习或校园项目经历均可); 3.有团队协作或项目组织经历者优先,如:校园社团/赛事项目负责人、实习中参与过项目跟进、课程大作业中的团队组织者等; 4.具备优秀的沟通表达能力和组织协调能力,主动性强,结果导向,能在多任务环境下保持条理; 5.对数据敏感,具备基本的统计分析意识,熟练使用 Office/飞书等协同办公工具; 6.对 AI 工具(如 AI 助手、自动化协同平台)有浓厚的学习兴趣和实际使用经验,乐于尝试用新工具提升效率; 7.有 PMP/ACP 相关学习经历、软件开发基础或互联网公司实习经验者优先。 我们提供 导师带教: 资深项目经理 1v1 带教,系统学习 IPD、Scrum 等项目管理方法论在真实业务中的落地; 成长路径: 从协助迭代到独立负责版本,清晰的项目经理职业发展通道; 实战场景: 参与千万级用户规模的智能影音产品迭代,接触 APP/Web/嵌入式/算法 全栈研发协同场景。
