【你将参与】 1. 负责新品上市前的售后服务准备，与开发及质量团队密切配合，从用户视角参与评审和输出售后服务相关资料 2. 通过对产品功能和问题的熟悉和掌握，联合开发团队完成产品培训资料并对区域进行赋能培训，提升区域一线问题解决能力 3. 快速响应和解答区域提出的问题，统筹协调内外部资源推进疑难问题闭环，输出问题解决方案 4. 通过用户声音分析和问题识别，统筹推动产品体验改善和问题解决方案的输出，助力提升用户满意度

1. 2027届本科在读或以上学历，良好的英语或小语种应用能力优先 2. 专业不限，以下专业优先：管理类：供应链管理、管理科学与工程、物流管理、海关管理、国际贸易、工商管理等；理工类：统计学、运筹学、数学、机械工程、电子信息工程、电子科学与技术、通讯工程、软件工程、自动化、交通运输、车辆工程等 3. 具备较强的抗压能力和沟通协作能力，希望在供应链领域长期深耕 4. 具备较好的逻辑思维与数据分析能力，熟悉常用办公软件
