1.用户研究与测评： 协助设计问卷/访谈/焦点小组方案，执行用户招募、体验测评与问题闭环，输出用户洞察报告 2.体验运营： 跟踪产品迭代周期，维护体验指标体系，推动体验优化方案落地 3.AI 重度应用： 深度使用 AI 工具（ChatGPT/Claude 等）完成访谈文本分析、数据洞察提取、竞品分析、用户画像生成、研究报告撰写等全流程研究任务

硕博优先，2026/2027 届应届毕业生，心理学/社会学/人机交互/工业设计/统计学/计算机等相关专业 海外背景优先： 有海外留学或生活经历，熟悉欧美用户生活习惯与消费心理，具备敏锐的用户体验sense 对用户研究、体验测试感兴趣，有咨询实习经验者优先 英文读写流利（CET-6/雅思 6.5+），工作面向欧美消费者，需围绕欧美用户开展体验研究 逻辑清晰，善于从数据中挖掘需求，具备多线程任务推进能力
