1、本科及以上学历在校生或应届毕业生，计算机、人工智能、商业分析、信息管理等相关专业优先； 2、熟练使用Excel、PPT等办公软件；对AI大模型有深入使用经验，熟悉低代码/无代码平台或业务流程搭建工具者优先； 3、具备良好的业务理解力与技术敏感度，对如何用AI和自动化工具赋能业务有浓厚兴趣； 4、有较好的逻辑思维能力与独立思考能力，思维敏捷，学习新技术能力强，团队合作意识强。
