安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估，表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会，提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生，也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1.参与品牌视觉体系、营销campaign、产品传播内容等相关设计工作,包括但不限于KV、平面、包装、社交媒体、官网、电商页面及活动物料设计。 2.协助完成品牌视觉识别系统(VIS)及设计规范的延展与维护,确保品牌在不同触点上的统一表达。 3.参与品牌项目的创意发想、视觉概念探索与方案提案,能够围绕品牌定位和用户洞察输出有审美表现力的设计方案。 4.与市场、产品、销售等跨职能团队协作,理解业务目标并转化为高质量视觉表达。 5.高效使用AI工具参与创意生产,包括但不限于概念生成、视觉接深索、文案辅助、图像生成、提案表达、设计选代与流程优化。 6.关注国际设计趋势、视觉文化、消费电子行业动态及新兴AI技术,持续提升设计创新能力。

加分项: 有国际品牌、消费电子、科技产品相关项目或实习经历 有4A、知名设计工作室、互联网大厂品牌设计实习经历 参加过红点、IF、D&AD、One Show、金点、靳埭强等设计竞赛并获奖 有较强的英语表达能力或海外学习经历 对AI创意工作流有深入研究,甚至有个人方法论、案例沉淀或目关分享输出 具备动态图形、3D、视频生成、交互或基础代码能力者优先
