安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估，表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会，提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生，也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 核心职责:支持供应计划团队完成日常计划执行与数据跟进,保障订单交付的准确与及时。 1. 订单交付：销售预测与订单输入的匹配与校准，优化供应资源配置，协同其他部门管理订单承诺、订单需求变更、订单物流发运，统筹解决供应异常； 2. 供应计划：了解市场需求和项目开发进度，评审订单交期，制定可落地的生产计划和交付计划，识别物料供应交付中的风险异常，保障物料齐套与合理交期； 3. 采购履行：结合交付策略进行采购订单下达与分配，跟进供应商侧备料及生产排期，识别订单履行过程中的交付风险，及时发现供需缺口并推动闭合； 4. 物流管理：承接销售或上游部门需求，协同上下游部门策划物流方案并落地实施；优化国际物流网络与仓储布局，提升全局物流运输效率；

1.本科及以上在读,每周可到岗 ≥ 5 天,实习期 ≥ 3 个月 2.具备良好的英文读写能力(能处理英文邮件与报表) 3.熟练使用 Excel(数据透视表、VLOOKUP 等常用函数),能处理较大体量数据 4.细心、有责任心,能承受一定工作节奏压力 以下专业背景优先:供应链管理、物流管理、国际贸易、管理科学与工程、统计学、运筹学、数学等 有供应链/计划/采购相关实习经历优先 对供应链领域有长期发展意愿
