你将参与：入职后按方向定岗 方向一：通信中间件与系统框架 1.参与 DDS/ROS2 通信中间件的定制、开发与性能优化（发现机制、传输层、序列化、QoS）； 2.参与机器人软件中间件及系统框架建设，包括数据服务、通信、任务调度、资源管理、设备抽象及软硬件协同等； 3.参与中间件与上层业务模块的接口设计、系统接口开发与数据流适配。 方向二：系统性能优化 1.参与端侧/机器人系统性能瓶颈分析与调优，围绕 CPU/GPU/NPU/DSP、内存、DDR 带宽、I/O、功耗及模型推理性能开展 Profiling、瓶颈分析和优化； 2.参与性能基准测试、自动化回归体系建设及稳定性优化； 3.参与产品全生命周期中的性能问题定位、Bug 修复及工程化落地，并沉淀技术文档和标准化开发流程。 方向三：端侧 AI 与异构计算 1.参与 AI 模型的端侧/机器人平台部署落地，包括量化、算子适配、推理引擎适配与推理加速； 2.参与 CPU/GPU/NPU/DSP 等异构计算平台的软件适配与开发，完成 AI 模型部署、算子优化及计算资源调度； 3.参与多平台嵌入式系统的技术分析、平台适配及关键技术攻关，支持 NVIDIA、Qualcomm、地平线等不同计算平台。 方向四：传感器软件与标定 1.参与 Camera/ToF/LiDAR/IMU 等传感器的接入、驱动开发、设备适配、数据链路开发与预处理（滤波、补偿、去噪、时间戳对齐）； 2.参与多传感器标定算法开发与自动化标定工具链建设； 3.基于 ROS/ROS2 完成传感器节点开发、多传感器数据融合对接，以及感知相关软硬件集成。 方向五：底层驱动与嵌入式系统 1.参与 Linux/RTOS 环境下的底层软件开发，包括各类传感器驱动、设备适配、系统软件及底层接口开发； 2.参与 Linux Driver、Camera、Sensor、PCIe、I2C、SPI、UART、DMA 等相关方向的软件开发与调试； 3.参与从硬件到应用的软件链路开发与集成，支持机器人核心功能在嵌入式平台上的稳定落地。 方向六：Agent 智能业务与机器人应用 1.参与具身智能机器人上层智能业务开发与工程落地，包括多模态交互、任务理解与规划、工具调用、Function Calling、设备控制、业务流程编排等； 2.推动大模型/Agent 能力与机器人系统深度融合，参与 LLM/VLM、Agent、RAG 等相关能力在机器人场景中的落地； 3.与算法、硬件及软件团队协作，完成感知、运动控制、AI 推理、Agent 及传感器等核心功能的软硬件集成。

基本要求： 1.2027 届应届毕业生，本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息、自动化、通信、机器人、人工智能、数学等相关专业； 2.熟练掌握 C/C++ 或 Python，具备良好的数据结构、算法、操作系统及计算机系统基础； 3.熟悉 Linux 或 RTOS 开发环境，了解 ROS/ROS2，或有机器人相关项目经验者优先； 4.对机器人、具身智能、人工智能、异构计算及 Agent 技术有较强兴趣； 5.具备较强的学习能力、问题分析与定位能力、工程实践能力和团队协作意识，能够使用日志、调试工具及 Profiling 工具分析系统问题。

方向基础（具备其一即可，课程项目/竞赛/实习经历均可） 1.中间件/系统方向：了解网络编程、多线程编程，熟悉 Linux、RTOS、ROS/ROS2、DDS、通信机制、数据服务、任务调度等，阅读过相关源码或有实践经验者更佳； 2.性能优化方向：了解计算机体系结构（ARM/Cache/内存层级），使用过 perf 等 Profiling 工具，或有 CPU/GPU/NPU/DSP、内存、DDR 带宽、I/O、功耗等性能优化实践者更佳； 3.端侧 AI/异构计算方向：熟悉 PyTorch，了解 CNN/Transformer 等主流模型架构，有模型量化、部署或推理加速实践，熟悉 ONNX、TensorRT、QNN、TFLite、CUDA、OpenCL 等者更佳； 4.传感器/标定方向：了解常见传感器原理，有 SLAM、多传感器标定、点云处理、传感器驱动开发或多传感器融合项目经验者更佳； 5.底层驱动/嵌入式方向：熟悉 Linux Driver、Camera、Sensor、PCIe、I2C、SPI、UART、DMA 等相关知识，有驱动或系统软件开发实践者更佳； 6.Agent/业务方向：了解 LLM/VLM、Agent、RAG、Function Calling、工具调用、多模态交互、任务规划等，有相关项目或落地实践者更佳； 7.机器人方向：有机器人感知、视觉/激光感知、运动控制、系统集成等相关项目经验者更佳。
