1. 2027届毕业生，硕士学历及以上，. 人工智能、计算机、机器人、自动驾驶等相关专业。 2. 熟练掌握C++/Python/脚本编程，有 Linux 下开发经验，具备优秀的开发和调试能力； 3. 熟悉 Pytorch、TensorFlow 等 AI 框架，了解 TensorRT、TVM； 4. 如下一个或多个方向经验 1. 有实际模型压缩、剪枝、蒸馏、量化技术等轻量化经验； 2. 掌握 LoRA 等微调技术，熟悉 MoE 架构/多模态训练 3. 实际的模型的端侧部署经验 4. 熟悉大模型加速技术，熟悉 CUDA 编程和 nsight system，有利用 GPU 等异构硬件上优化软件性能的优先； 5. 良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作能力。 加分项： - 有机器人、智能驾驶等领域的实际工程经验者优先 - 在机器人顶会或 AI 顶会（ICRA/IROS/CVPR/NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR 等）发表论文者优先。
