你将参与 1. 参与多模态大模型、数据生成模型及世界模型的算法研发与优化，覆盖预训练、微调、强化学习等方向； 2. 探索大规模多模态理解与生成交织的基础模型，并进行极致系统优化，包括数据建设、指令微调、偏好对齐、RLHF 与模型优化； 3. 负责各模态编码器、模型预训练、多模态对齐、场景微调等关键技术的研发与落地； 4. 探索端到端 VLA 模型、视觉 CoT 与 Agent 等多模态模型与世界模型，通过预训练或 SFT 对现实环境建模，提供多模态交互探索的基础能力； 5. 探索大模型在文本、图像、视频等跨模态场景中的应用，跟踪 Transformer、MoE、RLHF、Diffusion 等前沿技术，优化模型性能与推理效率； 6. 构建全面、客观、准确的评测体系，提升数据合成、模型推理与规划能力； 7. 与数据工程师、产品经理、架构工程师协作，确保模型效果与业务目标匹配； 8. 负责模型的维护与迭代，确保其在动态环境中的稳定性与可靠性。

1. 2027 届毕业生，硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、电子、数学等相关专业； 2. 熟悉 PyTorch/TensorFlow 框架，了解大模型训练技术（如 DeepSpeed、Megatron）； 3. 在计算机视觉、多模态大模型等一个或多个领域有较深入的研究； 4. 具备扎实的机器学习基础，熟悉 CV、AIGC、NLP、RL、ML 等领域技术； 5. 具有出色的分析和解决问题能力，能独立定位并攻克模型训练与应用中的关键技术难题； 6. 具有良好的沟通协作能力，工作积极主动，团队意识强； 7. 具备优秀的代码能力，熟练掌握 C/C++ 或 Python。 加分项（满足其一优先）： 有开源项目经历，或在 CVPR、ECCV、ICCV、NeurIPS、ICLR、SIGGRAPH 等顶会/顶刊发表论文； 在 ACM/ICPC、NOI/IOI、Kaggle 等竞赛中获奖； 在多模态大模型、基础模型、世界模型、生成领域主导过大影响力项目。
