职位描述 安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估，表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会，提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生，也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 跨境与本土物流及订单跟进：协助负责英国及爱尔兰市场的跨境物流与当地本土物流运输、订单与出货全流程跟进、海关清关异常协调及海外仓储数据监控，确保货物准时、安全交付与入仓。 全周期供应链准备：与跨职能内部团队及海外运营团队密切配合，从物流及用户售后视角参与全线产品（含日常补货、新品上市及爆款产品等）的综合评审，输出并维护售后物流服务相关资料。 物流赋能与标准建设：深入熟悉海外日常物流运作流程、异常处理机制及英国/爱尔兰当地物流法规，梳理并建立标准化作业规范（SOP），协同内外部团队完成物流培训资料并对区域一线团队进行赋能培训。 订单发货与异常换货管理：负责B2B与DTC的全渠道用户订单管理，执行2B/2C系统推单、订单发货与换货全流程跟进，高效协同跨时区、多文化背景的内部同事、海外仓及当地物流服务商，全程监控订单状态，针对运输投递异常快速提供解决方案。 基础数据维护与运营支持：协助核对2B/2C月度基础运费账单，准备并提供物流索赔相关资料，同时负责日常库内调拨子库转移等基础数据维护，确保账实相符。

职位要求 2027届本科在读或以上学历。英语达到商务流利水平（CET-6/TEM-8/雅思6.5及以上水平优先），能作为工作语言与外部供应商及海外本地团队无障碍沟通。 专业不限，以下专业优先：供应链管理、物流管理、海关管理、国际贸易、管理科学与工程、统计学、数据科学等相关专业。 具备较强的抗压能力、跨时区沟通协作能力与多任务管理能力，希望在跨境供应链与国际物流领域长期深耕。 具备较好的逻辑思维与数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel等常用办公软件；熟悉或具备订单管理系统或运输管理系统或等物流系统基础认知者优先。
