安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估，表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会，提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生，也期待与你共同成长。 1.销售业务管理者：深度对接海外区域业务团队，负责各种第三方系统的销售管理，保障销售数据的准确性与及时性； 2.客户全生命周期管理者：协助Sales完成新客户准入审核（含资质校验、信用评估）及档案建立；协同内控团队完善客户全生命周期管理（含渠道准入、渠道选择等），优化业务风险监控体系； 3.交付与项目统筹者：沟通订单管理部，协同管理销售，加速帐期与订单结转，协同供应链团队解决交付异常；负责重点KA进店项目全流程管理，协调产品、市场、物流等资源，确保项目按时落地； 4.财经与费用管控者 ：负责客户回款追踪管理，销售费用管理分析，确保所负责客户的账务健康运转； 5.运营指标与策略落地推动者 ：定期分析销售、交付、费用等核心指标（如订单及时率、毛利率、退货率），定位异常问题并推动跨部门归因；针对渠道特性制定运营策略，提升区域业务健康度。
