【你将参与】 1.负责具身智能场景下多模态大模型（VLA / VLM）的算法研究与工程化落地，涵盖预训练、微调、训练加速与效果调优 2.参与模型 Scaling 研究，探索数据配比、模型结构、多本体构型对长序列任务和技能泛化能力的影响 3.基于 Isaac Sim / Genesis 等仿真平台搭建评估环境，设计 Sim-to-Real 迁移框架，加速算法验证与落地 4.持续跟进具身智能与大模型领域前沿进展，参与团队技术分享与方案讨论

1.可长期实习，3个月以上；优先硕士及以上在读，计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化等相关专业 2.扎实的深度学习基础，熟悉 Transformer、Diffusion 等主流模型架构，有预训练/微调实践经验 3.熟练掌握 Python，掌握 PyTorch 框架，有 ROS / ROS2 使用经验者优先 4.有机器人实机调试部署经验，或在机器人 / 自动驾驶 / 计算机视觉领域有顶会论文、竞赛获奖经历者优先 5.具备良好的工程素养和团队协作能力，对技术路线有独立思考与判断
