安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统培养与综合评估，表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会，提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生，也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1、自动化仿真场景生成方案的设计与实现； 2、仿真测试体系的设计、搭建与持续迭代； 3、具身机器人核心算法评测体系的搭建、优化与落地； 4、自动化测试工具链的设计、开发与迭代，提升评测效率与质量； 5、跟踪行业内仿真测试与算法评测的前沿技术，推动评测方法持续创新。

职位要求 1、硕士及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机器人、人工智能等相关专业，可长期实习； 2、对具身机器人核心算法有较好的理解，熟悉感知、SLAM、规划、控制、大模型等方向的基本原理； 3、具备 ROS 的使用经验，有机器人、自动驾驶算法开发、调试或测试相关实践经验者优先； 4、熟悉至少一种仿真平台或引擎，具备 Isaac Sim、Gazebo、Unreal、Unity3D 等使用经验者优先； 5、熟练使用 Python、C++ 进行开发，具备良好的工程实现能力； 6、了解自动化测试、仿真测试、场景搭建及评测流程，有评测体系或测试工具链相关经验者优先； 7、具备较强的学习能力、问题分析与解决能力，能够主动推进项目落地。
