你将参与： 1.负责语音交互与智能体（Agent）平台的整体架构设计与治理：服务架构、网络通信、分布式与高可用。 2.将 ASR/TTS、LLM 推理、Agent 编排等能力工程化与标准化封装（API/SDK/微服务），实现统一接入与配额治理。 3.设计低时延、高并发的数据与音频流处理方案（实时传输、编解码、流控、故障隔离）。 4.建设线上稳定性体系：容量与弹性、限流熔断、灰度与回滚、SLO/SLA、混沌工程与压测。 5.负责海外多区域/多云集群的调度与部署（跨区流量治理、镜像分发、合规与可观测）。 6.与算法、产品、前端/客户端、SRE 协同，推动从评审到上线的端到端交付。

1.2027届毕业生，本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学等相关专业优先。 2.软技能：良好的问题解决能力和分析能力；优秀的团队合作和沟通能力；自我驱动，能够在压力下高效工作； 3.精通 Go / C++ / Python 任一；计算机基础扎实（并发、网络、操作系统、数据结构）。 4.深入理解服务化与分布式系统：微服务/服务网格、RPC/gRPC、消息队列、缓存、数据库/对象存储。 5.熟悉网络编程与高性能 I/O（epoll/kqueue、零拷贝、连接管理、退避重试）。 加分项 1.有 ASR/TTS/音频编解码/实时链路优化经验； 2.有 LLM 推理服务、RAG、Agent 编排、向量数据库或多模态工程经验； 3.具备容器化与 K8s/CI-CD 实战，完善的可观测性实（Tracing/Metrics/Logging）。 4.具备稳定性工程方法论：SLO/错误预算、容量评估、压测、应急与复盘。
