你将参与： 1. 参与新产品整机方案评审，从用户使用场景和应力环境出发，识别整机架构层面的可靠性风险点； 2. 建立整机可靠性模型和预计分配方案，将整机可靠性指标分解到子系统、模块和关键零部件； 3. 主导整机 DFMEA/FTA（故障树分析）分析，从系统级到子系统层层分解潜在失效模式与影响，在设计阶段制定预防措施； 4. 开展整机层面的热设计、振动与冲击防护设计、防水防尘设计、跌落与碰撞防护等系统级可靠性设计，输出可靠性设计规范； 5. 协同结构、电子、软件团队，将可靠性设计约束嵌入产品开发各阶段的技术评审节点； 6. 建立产品全生命周期可靠性数据库，持续沉淀和迭代整机可靠性设计准则；

1. 2027届毕业生，本科及以上学历及以上，可靠性工程、机械工程、力学、电子科学与技术等相关专业。 2. 有整机产品开发或结构/力学分析项目经验——整机可靠性工程师需要同时理解「结构怎么受力」和「电路怎么工作」； 3. 了解常用可靠性设计标准（MIL-STD-810 / IEC 60068 / IP 防护等级等）者加分； 4. 会使用仿真工具（ANSYS/Abaqus 结构分析、Flotherm/Icepak 热分析等）者加分。
