你将参与： 1. 参与自动化设备及产线的机械结构设计、电气控制系统开发及装配调试，了解设备从设计到交付的完整流程。 2. 在导师指导下，使用建模工具完成结构方案设计，学习电气原理图绘制和 PLC 控制逻辑编写。 3. 配合软件开发、工艺工程团队进行自动化设备与产线系统的协同集成与现场验证。 4. 参与设备选型、工装治具设计和技术方案评估，逐步培养方案可行性与经济性的判断力。 5. 关注自动化前沿技术（如协作机器人、智能传感器、AI 辅助设计等），参与技术预研和改进方案的讨论与落地。

1. 2027届毕业生，本科及以上学历，机械设计、电气工程、自动化、机电一体化等相关理工科专业。 2. 具备基础的工程制图能力，了解至少一种三维建模工具（SolidWorks、Creo、CATIA 等）或电气设计工具的使用。 3. 了解基本的电气控制原理，对 PLC、传感器、电机驱动等有基础认知或学习兴趣。 4. 动手能力强，愿意深入产线现场，对"把设计变成实物"有热情和耐心。 5. 逻辑思维清晰，具备较强的学习能力和问题拆解能力。 6. 对 AI 辅助设计工具、智能仿真等技术有兴趣并愿意探索；有机器人竞赛（RoboMaster、Robocon 等）、自动化项目实践或制造业实习经验者优先。
