安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估,表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会,提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生,也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1、协助开展公司信息披露及证券事务管理工作，参与定期报告、临时公告及其他披露文件的起草、审核与流程推进； 2、协助推进公司治理相关工作，参与董事会、股东会等会议的组织、材料统筹、流程衔接及后续事项跟进； 3、协助落实公司合规运作要求，跟踪监管规则及政策变化，支持内幕信息管理、专项合规核查及日常规范运作； 4、协助开展投资者关系管理工作，参与投资者沟通材料准备、投资者接待、业绩说明会及路演等事项，维护公司良好的资本市场形象； 5、跟踪资本市场、行业及可比公司动态，协助开展信息收集、分析研究及内部沟通支持； 6、配合部门完成其他与公司治理、合规、信息披露及投资者关系管理相关的工作。

1、硕士学历优先，财务、会计、法律、金融、经济等相关专业; 2、具有较强的学习能力、沟通协调能力； 3、工作细致、严谨，合规保密意识强，具有高度的责任感； 4、能快速到岗，可实习3个月以上，每周出勤5个工作日。
