安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估，表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会，提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生，也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1.专业诊疗与支持： 精通睡眠医学专业知识，具备睡眠相关疾病的临床诊疗经验；为睡眠相关产品的研发提供专业医学支持与指导。 2.培训体系建设与实施： 负责构建和完善睡眠医学及相关领域的内部员工及外部合作方（如销售、市场、运营、客服人员）的培训体系，并主导实施培训项目，提升团队医学知识水平。 3.学术研究与科研能力： 具备较强的科研能力，包括： ①高效检索、分析睡眠医学领域前沿文献、行业动态及临床证据。 ②参与或主导科研项目设计、方案撰写及执行；撰写研究成果等学术文章。 ③与领域专家进行学术交流，就科研项目及科技合作交换意见。 4.健康管理咨询： 基于专业知识和循证依据，提供科学、个性化的睡眠健康管理建议。 5.专家资源维护： 建立并维护与睡眠医学领域专家的良好合作关系。

1.教育背景： 硕士及以上学历，临床医学相关专业，博士学历优先，有医院睡眠医学/呼吸内科/耳鼻喉科/心内经验者优先。 2.工作经验：具有临床实习经验及1年以上的医疗器械企业实习经验。 3.专业技能与经验（优先考虑）： ①具有家用呼吸机项目经验者优先。 ②具有医疗AI器械项目经验者优先。 ③拥有相关领域专家资源者优先。 4.语言能力：优秀的英语听说读写能力者优先。 5.素质要求：做事严谨有耐心,具有良好的团队协作精神，具备优秀的学习能力。
