【工作职责】 1. 跟踪全球消费电子零售行业动态与趋势，围绕门店运营、会员体系、陈列标准等主题进行桌面研究，输出结构化简报； 2. 整理各业务线项目进度数据，协助制作周报及汇报材料 3. 参与运营SOP手册、培训手册等文档的维护、版本管理及中英文翻译校对 4. 协助门店选址评估工具及市场信息数据库的数据录入、验证与更新 5. 会议纪要整理及其他日常事务性支持

1. 本科/硕士在读，商科、市场营销、零售管理等相关专业优先； 2. 英文流利（听说读写），能适应中英文双语工作环境； 3. 熟练使用Office办公套件及常用协同工具，信息检索能力强； 4. 细心负责，对数据准确性和文档质量有高要求，具备结构化思维和清晰的书面表达能力； 5. 自驱力强，能根据任务方向独立推进，遇到问题主动沟通； 6. 加分项：有零售行业实习经验、掌握德语或其他欧洲语言者优先
