【你将参与】 1.参与毫米波雷达技术在智能家居、医疗健康、IoT等领域的算法研发工作 研究并开发毫米波雷达信号处理算法，包括波形设计、FMCW信号处理、MIMO信号处理、新体制雷达方案设计及信号处理算法等； 2.研究并优化目标检测、跟踪及分类算法，提高雷达对动态/静态目标的感知能力；研究并优化毫米波雷达生命体征信号测量能力，提高雷达对微动信号的测量精度 3.结合深度学习技术优化毫米雷达全链路算法及端到端感知能力 4.参与芯片方案选型、定制化工作，参与全链路算法设计及部署工作，参与毫米波雷达与产品侧联调、部署、优化等任务

1.学历背景：信号处理/信息工程/电子工程/计算机/人工智能及相关专业 2.雷达信号处理：熟悉毫米波雷达系统工作原理，掌握FMCW信号工作原理、DOA估计算法（MUSIC、ESPRIT等）、MIMO信号处理、杂波抑制技术等，了解波形设计及雷达信号去噪技术； 3.目标检测与跟踪：掌握目标检测、数据关联、卡尔曼滤波、粒子滤波、多目标跟踪（MTT）等算法； 4.深度学习经验：熟悉CNN、Transformer、RNN、图神经网络（GNN）等常见网络模型，有雷达点云/回波数据与深度学习结合的研究经验者优先； 编程能力：精通Python、Matlab，熟悉至少一个深度学习框架（PyTorch、TensorFlow等） 5.数学基础扎实：具备良好的概率统计、矩阵运算、优化算法基础。
