1.用户研究执行：协助设计和执行用户研究项目,包括可用性测试、用户访谈、问卷调查等，参与用户研究方案的制定,包括研究目标、方法选择、测试流程设计进行数据收集、整理和初步分析。 2. 人因工程分析：协助进行产品的人机交互分析和人因评估，参与产品界面的认知负荷评估和优化建议，协助进行任务分析和工作流程研究。 3. 数据分析与报告：使用定性和定量方法分析用户行为数据整理研究发现,撰写研究报告和洞察文档，将研究结果转化为可执行的设计建议。 4. 研究工具与方法：学习和应用专业的人因研究工具(如眼动仪、生理指标采集设备等)，协助维护和管理用户研究实验室设备，探索和学习新的研究方法和工具。 5. 跨团队协作：与产品经理、设计师、工程师密切合作，参与产品评审会议,提供人因工程视角的建议，协助推动研究发现在产品中的落地。

1. 教育背景 心理学、人机交互、工业工程、工业设计、认知科学等相关专业在读本科或研究生 修读过人因工程、用户体验、认知心理学、实验心理学等相关课程优先 2. 专业技能 掌握基本的用户研究方法(访谈、问卷、可用性测试等) 具备良好的数据分析能力,熟悉SPSS、Python、R等统计分析工具之一 了解人因工程基本原理和评估方法 熟悉原型设计工具者优先 3. 软技能 优秀的观察力和同理心,能够深入理解用户需求 良好的逻辑思维和问题分析能力 优秀的沟通表达能力,能够清晰呈现研究发现 细心严谨,具备良好的文档编写能力 具备团队协作精神和学习热情 4. 加分项 有用户研究或人因工程相关实习/项目经验 熟悉眼动追踪、脑电、皮肤电等生理测量技术 了解无障碍设计(Accessibility)相关知识 有科研论文发表经验 熟悉敏捷开发流程 5. 实习收获 系统学习人因研究和用户研究的专业方法论 参与真实产品项目,积累实战经验 接触专业的人因工程实验设备和工具 获得行业资深研究员的指导和反馈 表现优秀者有转正机会
