安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估，表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会，提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生，也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1.参与储能逆变器、微型逆变器和储能DC/DC等产品的软件开发与测试； 2.协助进行户用光储产品的软件设计，包括系统数学建模、仿真模型搭建、算法实现、认证相关代码编写等； 3.学习和协助分析行业主要户用光储产品的技术优劣及技术路线图； 4.参与关键技术问题的讨论与解决，提出创新建议； 5.与团队成员协同工作，持续提升产品研发质量和效率。

1.本科/硕士应届毕业生，电气工程、自动化、控制工程、电子信息等相关专业； 2.有逆变器、储能、光储相关课程或项目经验者优先； 3.了解或有兴趣学习PR、PI、重复控制、下垂控制、锁相环、数字滤波器等控制算法； 4.了解或有兴趣研究MPPT、孤岛检测、绝缘检测等相关技术算法； 5.对电力电子并网法规与认证要求有初步了解或愿意深入学习； 6.有相关软件开发经验（如Matlab/Simulink、C语言、Python等）优先； 7.具备良好的结构化思维能力、沟通能力、团队合作意识和学习驱动力。
