【你将参与】 1.系统运维与数据管理 负责飞书云文档、ABI系统、AI流程等平台的日常数据导入、更新与维护 2.定期检查系统运行状态,及时发现并处理数据异常 协助完成系统配置优化与基础功能测试 3.问题响应与处理 收集并响应业务部门的系统使用问题与需求 独立处理常见问题(如权限配置、数据查询、报表生成等) 4.对复杂问题进行分类整理,协助技术团队定位根因并跟进解决 5.数据监控与分析 监控关键业务数据指标,主动识别数据波动与异常模式，对异常数据进行初步分析,定位可能原因并输出分析报告，协助优化数据看板与监控规则。 6.文档与知识管理 编写系统操作手册与FAQ文档 整理常见问题库,提升团队问题解决效率 7.系统费用提单及样品申请 业务费用系统提单 业务所需样品申请
