安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估,表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会,提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生,也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1. 负责智能家居项目成本核算与数据分析，收集全链路成本数据，运用Excel及AI工具完成成本拆解、结构分析与异常追踪，输出成本分析报告，支撑业务决策与降本优化。 2. 协助搭建与完善项目成本管理体系，优化成本核算流程，维护成本数据库与BOM台账，保障数据准确、可追溯。 3. 协同产品、研发、采购、财务等部门，完成报价审核、成本测算、变更评估，主动识别成本风险并提出改进建议。

我们期待你： 1、2027届本科及以上，会计、财务、统计学、财务管理等相关专业； 2、掌握财务会计与成本核算基础，熟悉成本会计准则； 3、有财务、成本、数据分析相关实习经验优先； 4、熟练使用Excel高级功能（数据透视表、函数、可视化等）； 5、能运用AI工具辅助数据清洗、分析、报告撰写与流程优化； 6、数据敏感度强，逻辑清晰，善于从数据中发现问题与机会； 7、细心耐心、严谨负责，学习能力强，快速适应消费电子行业节奏； 8、良好的跨部门沟通与协作能力，执行力强； 9、具备成本优化意识，主动思考、积极推进改进。
