岗位职责： 感知理解方向： 负责基于深度学习的视觉感知算法研发，包括障碍物检测与识别、场景分割、目标跟踪、多传感器语义融合；负责BEV/VLM感知、3D目标检测、语义地图构建；负责AI模型的训练、压缩、量化与嵌入式平台部署； 定位建图方向： 负责多传感器融合SLAM算法研发（激光/视觉/IMU/轮速计），包括定位、建图、回环检测、全局优化；负责室外庭院场景的大尺度地图构建与复用；负责传感器标定方案设计与量产落地； 决策规划方向： 负责基于强化学习/模仿学习的路径规划与运动决策算法研发；搭建仿真训练环境（Isaac Gym/Mujoco等），完成策略训练与真机迁移；探索VLM/VLN等大模型在端到端感知-规划一体化中的应用； 与硬件、测试、产品团队紧密协作，解决实际产品中的定位漂移、避障失效、轨迹混乱等核心问题； 跟踪AI在机器人领域的前沿技术（语义SLAM、Nerf/3DGS SLAM、具身智能、多模态大模型等），推动技术创新与产品落地。

任职要求： 2027届毕业生，硕士及以上学历，计算机、自动化、数学、人工智能等相关专业，211/985硕士及以上学历； 掌握Python编程；C++编程为加分项； 扎实的数学功底（线性代数、概率论、优化理论），逻辑思维能力强，学习能力强，思维开放； 掌握PyTorch等主流深度学习框架，有模型训练、部署经验；
