1. 2027届毕业生，硕士及以上学历，工程热物理、热能、电子、传热学相关专业。 2. 熟练掌握散热相关的基本原理，精通各种主/被动散热散热方法； 3. 至少熟悉一种热设计仿真和3D设计软件； 4. 熟练使用各种热设计相关测试设备和测试方法，有电机、齿轮牙箱、电子元器件热设计经验优先； 5. 善于解决问题，学习能力强，有创新性思维，具有团队合作和补位意识。
