岗位职责： 1. 参与移动端中台基础能力建设，协助 Android、iOS、鸿蒙Next 面向业务场景的公共组件和跨端框架的设计、开发与演进，涵盖应用框架、协议规范、模块化体系、SDK 能力封装、开发脚手架及工具链建设； 2. 参与功能模块的测试、调试与简单优化，协助收集和排查常见问题。 3. 配合团队完成技术文档、示例代码的整理与编写。 4. 在导师指导下，学习并实践前沿的前端架构与开发模式，负责一些新技术预研。 5. 负责内部自测流程，能够输出单元测试，

任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，有 KMP 跨端框架使用经验； 2. 具备良好的学习意愿和逻辑思维能力，能快速理解业务并进行针对性实践； 3. 有责任心，沟通协作意识良好，能适应团队开发节奏，具备优秀的沟通与学习能力; 4. 每周可实习4天以上，连续实习3个月以上 5.优先27届校招生，本岗位提供转正通道，优先考虑有转正意愿的候选人
