岗位职责： 1、协助日常行政事务处理，包括文件归档、资料整理、收发登记、会议安排与记录等。 2、参与办公环境与资产的管理维护，包括办公用品采购、领用登记、设备报修跟进等。 3、支持内部会议、培训及团队活动的筹备、组织与现场协调工作。 4、协助进行行政制度的整理与更新，参与流程优化相关辅助工作。 5、完成部门交办的其他综合性事务支持工作

任职要求： 1、行政管理、文秘、工商管理、人力资源管理等相关专业在校本科或研究生。 2、具备良好的沟通表达能力和服务意识，工作细致、责任心强。 3、能熟练使用Office办公软件（Word、Excel、PPT），具备基本文书处理能力。 4、具备良好的团队协作精神与多任务处理能力，能适应快节奏的工作环境。 5、有学生会、社团或相关行政助理经验者优先。
