安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估,表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会,提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生,也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1、协助团队开展机械臂运动控制算法的研发与优化，重点聚焦轨迹规划、路径跟踪、力控制等核心算法； 2、参与机械臂运动规划算法的设计、实现与迭代，包括但不限于逆运动学求解、轨迹生成、碰撞检测与避障； 3、协助构建算法测试与验证体系,利用仿真工具(如Gazebo、ROS)或真实机械臂开展实验,整理分析实验数据； 4、参与传感器数据处理与融合工作，包括编码器、IMU、力传感器、视觉等多模态数据的采集、处理与融合，支撑控制算法的闭环优化； 5、跟踪机械臂控制领域前沿技术(如自适应控制、鲁棒控制、学习控制、模型预测控制等)，协助输出技术调研报告，为团队技术路线规划提供参考。

我们期待你： 1、本科及以上学历,计算机科学与技术、自动化、电子信息工程、数学、控制工程等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的控制理论基础与实践经验，熟悉机器人控制的相关算法； 3、具备良好的编程能力,熟练掌握Python/C++,了解ROS(机器人操作系统)、Gazebo等仿真工具者优先； 4、有机械臂、灵巧手、无人机、具身机器人、自动驾驶等领域相关经验优先； 5、抗压性和学习能力强，团队协作意识佳，逻辑思维清晰。
