工作内容： 1.校招项目执行先锋： 深度参与秋招/春招/实习生招聘的全流程，包括但不限于职位发布、简历筛选、笔/面试安排与协调； 作为候选人的“第一联系人”，负责高效、专业的面试邀约、答疑及全流程跟进，确保卓越的候选人体验。 2.数据与流程优化师： 负责招聘数据的整理、录入与初步分析，协助维护人才库； 协助优化招聘流程，提出你的创新想法，让我们的招聘工作更高效、更智能； 参与招聘渠道的维护与拓展，boss直聘、实习僧等渠道。 3.雇主品牌创意官： 参与校园招聘相关的雇主品牌内容策划与运营，包括内部订阅号推文和相关活动的推文与海报制作。 4.HR团队支持： 协助处理实习生入/离职手续、合同签订等基础人事工作； 支持HRBP团队的其他项目性工作，获得更全面的HR领域知识。

任职要求： 1. 在校生，2026届或2027届毕业，本科及以上，专业不限（管理学、心理学、数据科学、工程等背景均可），我们更看重思维方式和学习潜力 2. 至少能实习3个月，每周4-5天优先（时间充足者优先考虑） 3. 有校园项目、实习或社团管理经验，展现过项目推动或问题解决能力
