安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估,表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会,提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生,也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1、音频测试与数据分析：参与耳机、音箱等影音产品的声学测试（频响、THD、降噪深度等），输出测试报告并协助定位问题 2、调音辅助：在导师指导下参与产品EQ调音、ANC参数调试，积累听音与客观数据对标的经验 3、竞品声学分析：拆解和测试竞品声学表现，输出对比分析报告，为产品迭代提供参考 4、声学仿真/仿真辅助：协助完成声学腔体仿真建模、仿真数据整理与验证 5、跨部门协作：与结构、硬件、嵌入式团队对接，跟进声学相关问题从发现到闭环的全流程

1、2027届本科及以上在校生，声学、振动与噪声控制、电子信息、通信工程等相关专业优先 2、每周至少实习4天，连续实习3个月以上 3、英语CET-6及以上优先，有音频测试/调音项目经验、熟练使用MATLAB/Python/Audio Precision等工具者优先 4、对消费电子产品感兴趣，且有意愿在该领域持续发展 5、追求极致，对"好声音"有天然驱动力，热衷于数据驱动的问题分析与持续优化 6、善于沟通和协作 能够高效协调资源，推动声学问题从发现到闭环的落地和目标达成
