安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估,表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会,提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生,也期待与你共同成长。 岗位职责 1、需求分析与洞察：面向平台类软件产品，通过用户调研、数据分析、竞品研究，识别真实业务场景与用户痛点，输出高质量的需求文档。 2、产品方案设计：独立完成功能模块的产品设计，包括信息架构、业务流程梳理、原型绘制与交互说明，输出可落地的产品方案。 3、跨团队协作推进：与研发、设计、测试等多方协作，拆解需求、跟进排期、验收上线，对交付结果负责。 4、数据驱动迭代：上线后持续关注产品数据与用户反馈，驱动产品优化迭代。 5、AI 应用落地：结合 AI 技术能力落地智能化应用场景，负责 AI 相关产品功能的设计与迭代。

1、2027届本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息管理、电子、工业设计、数学、心理学等相关专业优先； 对软件 / 平台类产品有浓厚兴趣，有长期深耕产品方向的职业规划； 2、逻辑清晰，具备结构化思考与复杂问题的拆解能力； 出色的沟通表达与跨团队推动能力，能高效协调多方资源达成共识； 3、良好的同理心与用户视角，习惯追问「为什么」，能站在用户立场思考问题； 4、了解大模型 / AI 应用场景，具备将 AI 能力转化为产品功能的应用意识与判断力。

加分项 1、有产品相关实习经历，或独立完成过完整的产品 / 创业 / 课程项目； 2、具备基础数据分析能力（SQL / Excel / Python 任一种）； 3、对 AI 大模型、智能应用等前沿方向有认知或实践； 4、有转正意向
