【你将参与】 1. 主导售后服务数据的收集、分析工作，持续追踪并优化关键绩效指标，确保服务质量与产品品质的持续提升 2. 团队内提供全方位的服务相关支持，包括售前、售中、售后各环节。定期参与销售、品质、客服等关联部门的会议，共同分析数据，制定并执行改善计划 3. 针对客户服务过程中出现的问题，联合品质研发等下相关部门，推动问题的有效解决 4. 熟练操作公司相关系统和分析工具，积极解决系统问题排查与优化升级，提升数据处理效率和准确性

1. 教育与语言能力：要求具备本科在读或以上学历，持有日语能力测试N1证书，能够流利运用日语进行书面及口头沟通 2. 专业技能：对智能电子产品行业充满热情，能够准确处理数据，并注重数据分析的细节，基于针对的客服问题提出切实可行的解决方案 3. 沟通与承压能力：具有强烈的责任心，较强的内外部沟通协调能力以及一定的抗压能力 4. 团队协作：能够在多元化团队环境中发挥作用，与不同背景的同事建立良好的合作关系，共同推动团队目标的实现
