你将参与： 1.任务与场景理解:融合视觉、语言及机器人状态，研究物体属性、空间关系、可操作性与任务约束的表征，建立面向操作的场景理解能力。 2.长时序任务推理与规划：将用户指令转化为可执行的子任务与阶段目标，处理步骤依赖、前置条件及环境变化，支持多步骤任务的持续执行。 3.分层模型协同：设计上层认知模型与底层操作策略之间的接口，研究子目标表达、技能选择、参数传递与调用时机，实现不同决策频率下的协同。 4.执行反馈与失败恢复：结合连续观测和执行历史，判断任务进度、子目标完成情况及失败原因，形成重规划、重试与恢复机制。 5.真机验证与迭代：建立长程任务评测体系，与操作策略、数据和机器人系统团队协作，推动算法在真实机器人上完成闭环验证。

1.计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化等相关专业，硕士及以上学历，或具备同等研究与工程能力。 2.具备扎实的机器学习与深度学习基础，熟练使用 Python、PyTorch，能够独立完成模型训练、评测、问题分析与迭代。 3.在以下至少一个方向有深入研究或项目经验：多模态理解、视觉语言推理、机器人任务规划、分层策略学习、序列决策或世界模型。 4.理解机器人操作任务的基本特点，能够将语义层面的目标转化为可执行、可验证的子目标，并考虑感知误差与执行不确定性。 5.具备数据驱动的问题分析能力，能够区分感知理解、任务规划与底层执行造成的失败，并设计针对性的实验。 6.能够独立阅读和复现相关领域论文，具备良好的工程实现能力和跨团队协作能力。 加分项 1.有长时序操作、双臂协作、灵巧操作或家庭场景机器人项目经验。 2.有基于操作视频的任务阶段识别、动作理解、时序表征或过程监督经验。 3.有视觉语言模型训练、微调及机器人部署经验。 4.有层级强化学习、技能学习、目标条件策略或基于世界模型的规划经验。 5.有任务记忆、执行监控、失败诊断与自主恢复相关研究经验。 6.有高质量论文、开源项目，或完成过真实机器人上的复杂任务闭环。
