安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估，表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会，提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生，也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1.业务专题推进：深度参与具身智能重点项目，跟进项目节奏、质量与关键节点，协调跨团队（工程/技术/产品）资源，推动战略目标落地闭环。 2.业务运营洞察：收集并分析关键业务数据，为团队提供决策支持；制定并跟踪核心 KPI，确保战略结果的量化与复盘。 3.战略规划参与：参与事业部年度 SP/BP 制定，协助拆解"具身智能未来三年路线图"，从战略制定到执行落地形成完整认知闭环。 4.行业战略洞察：对具身智能的行业终局、产品形态、技术边界等前沿议题进行系统研究，跟踪产业链变化与竞对策略，输出可落地的洞察与建议。

学历背景 本科及以上学历在读，信息科学、电子工程、自动化、计算机、机械等理工科背景优先。 但如果你对具身智能足够热爱，专业不是硬门槛。 实习经历（加分项，非必须）

科技公司战略部、规划部、业务运营、质量运营相关实习经历 咨询公司、产业研究或投研机构实习经历 技术类公司的产品、项目管理或运营相关经历 技能要求

熟练使用 AI Chatbot、Agent 及自动化工具提升工作效率 对 AI、具身智能、机器人行业有强烈好奇心与热情 愿意从"技术 × 战略 × 产品"三重视角理解行业，不满足于单维度思考 核心能力

结构化思维与清晰表达：能将复杂问题拆解为可执行的分析框架 快速学习能力：面对陌生议题能迅速建立认知，不害怕"我不会" 逻辑严谨，对细节敏感：在数据、信息和结论之间建立严密的因果关系链 跨团队沟通协作能力：能平滑对接工程端/技术端团队
