工作内容： 1. 社群内容策划与互动：参与海外母婴用户社群（FB Group/WhatsApp/Discord/Threads/等）的日常内容策划、话题发起和用户互动，协助营造""有温度、有干货""的社群氛围。 2. 用户反馈收集与FAQ整理：记录并归类群内用户高频问题（产品使用/育儿知识），协助沉淀FAQ知识库和社群话术文档。 3. KOC发掘与关系维护：协助识别群内活跃、乐于分享的种子用户，参与设计激励机制和KOC成长路径。 4. 社群数据追踪：定期统计社群活跃率、留存率、UGC产出量等核心指标，协助输出运营周报。"

1.本科在读或以上，专业不限——我们更看重""你真的喜欢跟人打交道"" 2.对社群运营有热情，最好自己就是某个社群的活跃分子或管理员（小红书群/微信群/FB Group/Discord/Threads等任何社群都算） 3.有共情力，喜欢倾听和帮助他人——你是那种看到陌生人求助会忍不住认真回复的人 4.英语读写流利，能跟海外用户顺畅聊天 5.加分：有印尼语/马来语/越南语能力；有母婴/育儿相关经历或兴趣（包括但不限于：做过育儿博主、参与过妈妈群、协助过亲友带娃）；有内容创作经验（写过公众号/小红书/知乎/海外社媒的帖子）
