【你将参与】 负责下面某一个方向的研发工作： 1. 负责音频算法方向的研究与工程化落地，涵盖环境降噪（ENC）、主动降噪（ANC）、音效处理、助听等信号处理核心场景，支持算法原型设计、参数调优与设备端部署 2. 参与语音智能方向的模型训练与优化，包括语音识别（ASR）、命令词/唤醒词检测、语音合成（TTS）等任务，探索轻量化与实时推理方案 3. 参与音频大模型与生成式方向的研究与实验，涵盖音频文本多模态大模型、AI 音乐生成等前沿课题，协助完成数据处理、模型训练与效果评估 4. 智能对话大模型算法相关工作，持续跟踪业界最新的文本大模型，将其应用于公司产品和解决方案优化，针对云端智能助理和端侧IoT设备（如智能耳机、智能家居、安防摄像头等），持续提升自研LLM的语义理解、知识推理、指令遵循和工具调用能力；构建基于大模型的对话系统，持续提升系统的语音交互、多轮对话能力，提升产品交互体验；研发轻量化大模型（如模型剪枝、量化、知识蒸馏等），满足端侧、边侧产品的计算资源限制

1、计算机科学、电子工程、信号处理、人工智能或相关专业在校硕士或博士研究生。 2、具备扎实的数学和信号处理基础，熟悉傅里叶变换、滤波器设计等基础知识。 3、熟悉Python或C/C++编程，有使用TensorFlow/PyTorch等框架进行模型开发的经验者优先。 4、了解音频处理常用工具（如Librosa、FFmpeg）或音频分析相关开源项目者优先。 5、具备良好的学习能力和团队协作精神，对音频技术有强烈兴趣，有相关项目或比赛经验者优先。
