你将参与： 1. 研发四足、人形、类人形机器人（腿足/机械臂）运动控制算法，解码大模型输出的动作意图，实现轨迹规划、运动控制及力控策略； 2. 通过仿真（MuJoCo/Isaac Gym 等）和实物测试解决算法性能问题； 3. 实现高可靠鲁棒的运控系统端侧部署开发，支持跨团队集成需求； 4. 跟踪应用强化学习、系统辨识等前沿技术，持续提升运控系统能力上限。

1. 2027届毕业生，硕士及以上学历，控制、机械电子、计算机等相关专业； 2. 掌握机器人运动学/动力学、主流机器人控制算法； 3. 熟练使用 C++/Python，熟悉 Linux/Git 及 ROS 开发框架； 4. 具备 MuJoCo/PyBullet/Isaac Gym 等仿真工具实战经验； 5. 在 ICRA/IROS/RSS 等会议或机器人相关期刊发表论文； 6. 拥有足式/轮式/机械臂等多类型的机器人调试经验； 7. 了解计算机视觉、传感器（IMU/电机）或灵巧手操作； 8. 利用强化学习提升运控性能经验。
