1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、产品管理等相关专业在读； 2.具备系统化的产品思维，了解产品开发流程，有产品相关实习或项目经验优先； 3.了解 AI、DevOps 和软件开发流程基础知识，能够结合技术与业务需求提出想法； 4.具备良好的逻辑思维与系统分析能力，熟练使用办公与数据处理工具（Excel、多维表格等）； 5.优秀的沟通协作能力，能够与研发、设计等团队高效配合，有责任心与学习热情； 6.对数据敏感，具备基础的数据分析能力，能够通过数据辅助需求判断。 你将获得 深度参与 AI + DevOps 前沿实践，积累稀缺复合能力，直接参与核心业务系统的产品规划与设计； 在产品经理指导下参与需求分析、方案设计与项目推进，积累完整产品协作经验； 在实际业务节奏中学习产品工作方法，建立对产品生命周期与工程化协作的基础认知；
